Stevens Pass to Stehekin

8/30-9/3
98 miles fast pack-Section K-Stevens Pass to Stehekin
At this point it looks like just Jason and myself.  No Birdee this time. We will camp in Chelan Thursday night.  Take the ferry north to Stehekin on Friday, then shuttle to the trail head.  We will fastpack Friday evening through Monday morning.

    1. Still planning on it, looks like just you and I, if its happening. Logistically with two it would make the most sense to start from the Ferry then head south.

  3. Logistically, I've used up my welcome, so this won't happen if I don't have company. The odds of missing the shuttle or the ferry are much greater when you don't know when you will arrive exactly. We'd drop off a car at Stevens Pass, then drop off the other car at Chelan, take the ferry north to Stehekin and from there shuttle to the trail head. I would think it best to plan on a day to get there and whatever miles we get in would be less we'd have to cram in later.

    1. My calendar is open from Aug 30 through Sept 3. So we leave early on Friday and finish Monday afternoon? We can link up in Tacoma.

  4. I've seen different estimates, but this is between 93 and 100 miles and said to be some of the toughest trail on the PCT.
